3 Weeks Post Op!!
Wow, seems like yesterday I was all drugged up and sore. Now I'm about 100% back to regular activity. I am now beginning to cherish my new additions! Especially shopping now (not that I disliked it at all before). I see so many new & sexy things, I can wear due to getting augmentation. Well, I am off to Windy City this weekend to show off the twins to all my friends there. One of my friends is celeb'ing there b-day. So that will be as good as ever a place to showcase them. I got a pretty cute top. But recently saw this dress I wanted and may get it, before I leave tomorrow on NB I-55 towards Chitown. CIAO!

2 Weeks Post Op!!
Yeah! Two weeks ago today, at this time I emerged from the Atrium Plastic Surgery Center O/R and began recovery. Everything is going fine to date. I finished my first week back at work.
Well, I want to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving. Which also happens to be today. I have my post op follow up scheduled in December with Dr. Wagstrom. Not much else to say today!

11 Days Post Op (Back to Work)
Well, I just completed my first day back to work. I was a little nervous, but overall went very well. It was really nice to see everyone and show off my new body! Luckily, this should be a light work week, with the Thanksgiving Holiday. We had a nice Thanksgiving Feast for the whole department on my floor, today. Geez I am so stuffed and its not Turkey Day, yet!! I am starting to get, as one of my friends who had Breast Augmentation already called them "Phantom pains". They are like sharp pains in my breasts. Which maybe the nerve ending coming back to life, from the all the swelling or something like that!! Next week, will be a full week. But have something to look forward to, a Chicago Trip for my friend Ms Gor-Jess's Bday festivities!! Well I am out for now!!!!!!!

My Girls: for the Inquiring Minds (40DD)
9 Days Post Op
Wow. I feel so much better now and almost back to normal. I went out and got a bite to eat and got some movies for the weekend, yesterday. I am grateful that I made it through this process, without complications. Especially, this week after coming back from the hospital and watching Entertainment Tonight. They were talking about the death of Kayne West's Mother, due to complications of plastic surgery. Uggh! That was all I needed to hear. They were talking to several other women who had botched procedures from this Doctor who was allegedly responsible. One of the women, had a bad breast job and had to have them removed. Not what I wanted to hear. Well, back to work on Monday and luckily a short work week with Thanksgiving Holiday. I have a lot to be thankful for. Especially all my friends who provided support during this time. I want to extend a happy holiday to all. Now, I have to find something to wear to work. Well, thats a daily ritual before breast augmentation. I do have something to look forward to over the xmas shopping season, to shop for new clothes and bras. I cant wear a bra for 2 more weeks and after that no underwires for a few months. Not that I would need an underwire, currently. There supporting themselves very nicely. Well back to my morning coffee.

6th Day Post Op
Yes, I am still alive! Thanks for all the posts and support. I have been recuperating. I had a close call yesterday. I had a pre scheduled Dr appt to my own internist, yesterday. Shortly after arriving in the exam room, my blood pressure was checked and it was very elevated. Plus, already feeling short of breath. Once my Dr got in there and he didn't want to chance anything and ordered me to get CT Scan of my chest, based on everything I told him. He wanted to make sure there wasn't any blood clots. So I left his office, and went to hospital nearby for CT scan. Which I had to wait for over 2 hrs, but finally got in. It wasn't the most comfy experience, already being in pain. But thankfully, they didnt find any clots and I was able to go. Plus my ride showed up at the same time. I am so grateful.
Today, I felt so much better. I stopped the pain meds and I feel so much better. I rested most of the day. I took a shower and even felt good enough to get ready to go out. I took plenty of time and felt ok to drive to get a refill of one of my scripts and went to the store. I made it back and resumed resting. I wanted to update my blog.
Before going, I want to thank Claire. Who drove me to surgery, took care of me afterwards. I appreciate everything you did for me. You were a godsend!
