11 Days Post Op (Back to Work)
Well, I just completed my first day back to work. I was a little nervous, but overall went very well. It was really nice to see everyone and show off my new body! Luckily, this should be a light work week, with the Thanksgiving Holiday. We had a nice Thanksgiving Feast for the whole department on my floor, today. Geez I am so stuffed and its not Turkey Day, yet!! I am starting to get, as one of my friends who had Breast Augmentation already called them "Phantom pains". They are like sharp pains in my breasts. Which maybe the nerve ending coming back to life, from the all the swelling or something like that!! Next week, will be a full week. But have something to look forward to, a Chicago Trip for my friend Ms Gor-Jess's Bday festivities!! Well I am out for now!!!!!!!

OH MY GOLLY! Aren't those babies a thing of beauty! They look terrific.
When my breats came in, they came in really fast and they did hurt. I think it was the skin getting adjusted to the weight, size, etc. I did get stretch marks around my breasts from how fast they grew, so you might want to think about gently applying an anti-stretch emolient (like for pregnant women). It will keep the skin supple and easier for it to move and adjust around the new shape.
I will say though that the stretch marks have added a structural component. They are less stretchy because they are scars, and since they radiate out along the stress line (like a star burst)my breasts have not sagged as much as other women my age.
